Product Spotlight - Prima's Salvage District

TONS of Prima has just been delivered to the store, and it has been flying off the shelves!  And it is no wonder, it is all GORGEOUS!!!  Just check out one of the lines, Salvage District - as Prima says, it is both authentic and timeless with it's soft and subtle blacks and greys.

Welcome back CHA travellers! Ordering, Prizes, and Classes, Oh My!

Welcome back, Cori-Lyn and Ivy!  And WOW!!!  What a lot of wonderful goodies you brought back with you, yay!

Due to the declining Canadian dollar, ordering was a little tougher than usual this year.  Thankfully, a lot of the companies have given us some time to complete our orders so we thought we would change things up a little this year.

Have a look at some of the goodies we have pre-ordered - if there is something in there that you know you want, shoot us an email so we can add you to our pre-order list (and add more to our orders if we need to).  No deposits are necessary, we just ask that you keep your word :)

Adventures in California

Hello from not so sunny California!

We are here...a little tired....but having a great time!

We are sorry we are behind in blogging but it has been go, go, go here and not a lot of time spent in the hotel room! Our first morning here we were woken up by a little earthquake so that got us off to a bit of a shaky start....pun intended!  It was a nice treat to have so many friends from home this year join us in California (a lot of the gals were here for Art Venture).

We had a fabulous two days with Prima at Art Venture.  We made some beautiful projects but need to finish a couple of them before we can take photos and share them with you.   We are worrying just a little bit about how to get all the goodies back home as 50 pounds adds up fast in a suitcase!  We are also worried that the hotel cleaning staff may think we are shopaholics ;)

CHA has been very busy - we took some great classes on Friday, spent yesterday window shopping, but got down to some serious business today!  Some of our favourites so far have been

• The new releases for the Minc Machine that will take it to a whole new level...including some Mixed Media possibilities (Cori-Lyn got a little excited over this!)
• super cute new shaker cards, dies and stamps from Jillibean Soup
• Simple Stories planner goodies
• All things Tim (yep...ALL)
•  Graphic 45 releases 
• Lawn Fawn new releases (SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO cute)
• a new stamp company that we are really excited about

Tomorrow we have American Crafts on the agenda - that is a whole lot of stuff to look at so we are going to take our time :)

We were really lucky to get to meet up with some of our scrappy friends down here - including Frank Garcia and Jim Hankins.  We have made some plans for their upcoming classes and we are really excited to open that up once we get back!

It's the most wonderful time of the year . . . CHA 2016!!!

A brand, spanking new year!!  Don't you just love new beginnings?! 

In the craft world there really is no better way to kick off a new year than with CHA Mega Show!  That's right folks, it is that time again - can you feel your left brain tingling?!  ALL those wonderful new products are being announced, demonstrated and made available for order and our lucky ladies, Cori-Lyn and Ivy will be right in the middle of it all! 

Stay close to your computers from Jan.6 -12 as Cori-Lyn takes over the blog posts and brings us daily updates on all the hot, happening news from CHA 2016 in sunny Anaheim, California.

This event is their 6th and promises to be the most creative, inspired, technique filled event they have ever offered!  Cori-Lyn will be sharing with us here all her and Ivy get to experience in those two jam packed days - it feels like Christmas all over again!
